Job Description

  • Support business process by maintaining good relationship with external customers as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure resolution of task including complaint from the external customers.
  • Receive and response to the customer's inquiry through company's communication channel.
  • Proactively seeking to resolve customer complaints and issues individually or by engaging and collaborating with other team members.

Requirements

  • Preferable min. 6 month experience in Customer Experience or relevent positions (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Have a good analytical and problem-solving skill.
  • Uphold empathy, patience and initiation.
  • Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and on public holiday.
