Job Description
- Support business process by maintaining good relationship with external customers as well as internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure resolution of task including complaint from the external customers.
- Receive and response to the customer's inquiry through company's communication channel.
- Proactively seeking to resolve customer complaints and issues individually or by engaging and collaborating with other team members.
Requirements
- Preferable min. 6 month experience in Customer Experience or relevent positions (Freshgraduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken (Mandarin is a plus).
- Have a good analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Uphold empathy, patience and initiation.
- Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and on public holiday.
