Job Description
- Clearly and attractively presenting information about Rimkirim's international shipping services.
- Responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints promptly and effectively through calls, emails, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Assisting customers in completing bookings and preparing shipping documents.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
- Collecting customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Communication or a related field (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply).
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
