- Respond to customer inquiries via the live chat feature.
- Deliver fast, accurate, and effective solutions to address customer complaints.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding Toco’s products and services.
- Promote relevant products or services to potential customers.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service–oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the digital industry is a plus.
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience
