Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, mail, chat, or other support communication channel
  • Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
  • Provide relevant information according to organization’s product and service policies
  • Assist customers by mastering full knowledge of experience from their perspective
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints when necessary
  • Escalate and coordinate with internal departments to obtain best solution for customers
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs

Requirements

  • Great listening skill and corresponding skill (both verbal & written)
  • Great service attitude with customer oriented mindset
  • Able to adapt in fast pace working environment
  • Able to identify problem and give resolution with high accuracy
  • High initiative, creative, hardworking, and able to maintain team player spirit
  • Previous experience in Tech company would be preferred
  • 2+ years of previous customer service experience is a plus
