Job Description
A. Customer Onboarding & Activation
• Conduct the initial customer onboarding process, including account creation, system access setup, and user authorization.
• Assist in configuring user access and authorization.
• Manage and adjust onboarding and implementation schedules according to customer needs.
• Ensure the customer’s initial data is complete and ready for use.
B. Customer Handling & Operational Issue Management
- Act as the main point of contact for customers through official channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, ticketing system).
- Receive, record, and follow up on customer tickets.
- Handle and resolve first-level issues.
- Provide basic explanations on how to use the system to customers.
- Escalate issues to the relevant team according to procedures.
- Provide status updates to customers regarding issue resolution.
C. Merchant Operational Support
- Assist merchants with operational needs related to system usage.
- Support the checking and input of basic merchant data according to standards.
- Identify potential misuse that may impact the system.
D. Documentation & Reporting
- Document onboarding activities and customer issue handling.
- Prepare brief reports related to customer issues and activities.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer data.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- English communication skills are a plus.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Able to work with targets and deadlines
- Thorough and accurate
- Proficient in using administrative tools (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Takes initiative and is able to multitask
- Previous experience in onboarding, customer service, or administration is a plus
