Job Description
Job description and key responsibilities:
- Build relationships with enterprise customers and ensure that we identify and address their needs.
- Help enterprise customers have good understanding on our product suite and facilitate in adoption.
- Work closely with Business Development and Merchant Operations team to ensure smooth operations and relationship with enterprise customers.
- Facilitate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions.
- Mediate between clients and internal.
- Showing empathy and provide calm responses to our customers to win their confidence.
- Ability to Create Documentation (Knowledge Base, FAQ, SOPs, and Reporting).
- Supervise more junior team members and demonstrate best practices to the team's and company’s overall success.
Requirements
- Willing to cover night, weekends and public holidays shift (if necessary).
- Bachelor’s Graduate majoring in: Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Computer science/IT.
- Business fluency in English and Bahasa.
- A self-starter with 2-3 years of working experience in customer relationships building (fintech experience is preferable.
- Has a good eye for detail, able to maintain accuracy.
- Should be dynamic, agile and analytical
- Strong communication skill.
