Job Description
- Monitor clients' daily fulfillment rate to identify potential shortcomings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Analyze clients data and usage patterns to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback data, suggest solutions, and address any fulfillment-related concerns
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or operations related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (textual and verbal)
- Comfortable with Spreadsheets and/or Excel
- Experience with data visualization is a huge plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
