Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a customer service role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and Performance Management within a customer service setting.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant customer service tools.
- Strong Team Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing team members.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively train and guide staff.
- Proven Time Management and organizational skills to manage team schedules and priorities effectively.
- Must be at least 30 years of age.
- Experience in Training And Development programs for customer service teams is preferred.
