Job Description

  • Mengelola operasional harian tim Customer Service, termasuk monitoring performa, produktivitas, serta coaching dan mentoring tim
  • Mengatur jadwal kerja dan distribusi workload, serta memastikan pencapaian KPI seperti response time, CSAT, dan produktivitas tim
  • Melakukan analisa performa serta menyusun report harian, mingguan, dan bulanan sebagai dasar improvement
  • Menangani eskalasi pelanggan dan menjadi decision maker untuk kasus refund, return, atau kompensasi
  • Mengembangkan dan memastikan implementasi SOP, serta melakukan Quality Assurance (QA) dan evaluasi berkala
  • Mengidentifikasi kendala dalam proses CS dan mengusulkan perbaikan sistem maupun workflow
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Warehouse, Finance, dll) untuk memastikan penyelesaian issue pelanggan

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Komunikasi, Manajemen, atau Bisnis)
  • Min. pengalaman 2–4 tahun di Customer Service dan minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor
  • Berpengalaman menangani berbagai channel seperti e-commerce, WhatsApp Business API, social media, dan CRM/omnichannel tools
  • Memiliki kemampuan problem solving, decision making, dan komunikasi yang baik dalam menangani complaint serta eskalasi pelanggan
  • Mampu bekerja multitasking, di bawah tekanan, serta memiliki analytical thinking dalam membaca data performa CS
  • Memahami SLA, KPI, dan Quality Assurance (QA) dalam operasional Customer Service
  • Memiliki sikap customer-oriented, detail, proaktif, tegas, serta mampu bekerja dalam tim
  • Bersedia bekerja full-time (WFO/WFH/Hybrid) dan mengikuti sistem shift jika diperlukan
