Job Description:
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to and handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and direct messages through social media, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Sales & Lead Conversion: Persuade and convert leads into paying customers. Offer upsells and cross-sells to increase membership conversions and revenue.
- Membership Education & Support: Assist customers in understanding the benefits of membership, answer questions, and resolve any issues quickly.
- Follow-Up & Closing Sales: Follow up with customers who have not completed their payment to improve closing rates. Contact customers via phone to build relationships, provide information, and encourage them to complete transactions.
- Customer Experience Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, manage customer expectations, and proactively address concerns to enhance the customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.
- CRM Management: Manage customer data and track purchases in the CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Customer Retention: Ensure a positive customer experience to minimize churn rates and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to enhance conversion rates and align service efforts with sales strategies.
- Reporting & Insights: Collect customer feedback, analyze sales trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous service and sales improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or sales-focused role.
- Experience using WhatsApp Business API, CRM (such as Mekari Qontak, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar platforms)
- Proven track record of sales success or experience in a role that blends customer service and sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills (able to convince customers in a friendly & engaging manner)
- Knowledge of sales closing strategies, upselling, and handling objections
- Ability to multitask and respond to multiple chats quickly
- Customer-oriented mindset with a sales-driven approach
- Experience in the e-learning industry is a plus
- Ability to resolve customer issues independently while ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Certification in customer service, sales, or leadership (e.g., Customer Service Excellence, Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills is a plus
