Job Description
- Reply and handle store chat
- Handle and resolve customer issues
- Check and manage late shipment and canceled orders across all marketplaces
- Follow up return & refund cases on all marketplaces
Requirements
- Familiar with basic marketplace operations
- Willing to work on weekends and clear/zero chat at night
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Good attitude, responsible, and responsive in replying chat
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus (not mandatory)
