Job Description

✅ Oversee a contact center team of 100+ agents, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.

✅ Manage CRM systems and implement Omni-Channel Contact Center Technology.

✅ Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize workflow.

✅ Lead, coach, and inspire the team to exceed performance metrics.

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience managing a large-scale contact center (100+ agents).

✔ Strong understanding of CRM, OMNI-Channel systems, and Contact Center Technology.

✔ Preferably COPC/Contact Center certified.
