Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead, and optimize the workflow of our enthusiastic customer support squad.
  • Swiftly tackle any hurdles that come their way while they engage with our valued customers.
  • Craft an environment where every customer interaction is not only smooth but also enlightening.
  • Generate insightful reports tracking our customer service triumphs and pinpointing avenues for enhancement.
  • Coach and guide our support stars during their shifts, amplifying their performance.
  • Keep our complaint and top-tier customer databases up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience as a lead in a Customer service environment for PPOB, POS, Remittance, & e-money company
  • Strong understanding of both consumer and business targeting and full funnel penetration (B2C and B2B)
  • Proficiency with customer success tools, CRM software, data analysis tools.
  • Strong collaboration, follow up and leadership skills, with ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel will be advantage
  • Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner
  • High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target oriented working style
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and software
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively with a proven track record of using insights to drive performance
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Have a background in a startup and/or a product company is preferable
