Job Description
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assisting customers with order tracking, returns, and product information.
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- Providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in English is required or preferred, depending on the customer base.
