Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in English is required or preferred, depending on the customer base.
