Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure service delivery aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Clarify customer needs and address complex or non-standard issues
  • Respond to customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Provide courteous, professional customer interactions in line with company protocols
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products/services
  • Accurately document and notate accounts as required
  • Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance
  • Promote additional products or services where appropriate
  • Track and log customer interactions in the call database

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
