Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure service delivery aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Clarify customer needs and address complex or non-standard issues
- Respond to customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Provide courteous, professional customer interactions in line with company protocols
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client products/services
- Accurately document and notate accounts as required
- Contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and overall business performance
- Promote additional products or services where appropriate
- Track and log customer interactions in the call database
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in English is essential
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
