Job Description
- Melayani chats yang masuk ke semua marketplace/channel dengan cepat dan tepat
- Mengatasi keluhan/komplain customer dengan ramah, sabar dan profesional
- Handle retur
- Membalas review customer
- Mengelola sistem marketplace (upload produk, check stok, harga dan proses pesanan)
- Memastikan semua penjualan berlangsung dengan lancar dan sesuai SOP
Requirements
- Bersedia bekerja keras, gesit, bertanggung jawab dan mampu bekerja dalam tekanan
- Mempunyai inisiatif tinggi (proaktif)
- Disiplin waktu
- Team player
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan baik secara verbal maupun tulis dan mampu melayani customer dengan ramah dan sabar
- Bersedia bekerja weekend dan pada malam hari
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dengan sangat baik
