You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our products/services. Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related retention-focused role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and conflict resolution.
- Proven ability to analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention.
- Experience in problem-solving and de-escalating customer issues effectively.
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and strategies for upselling & cross-selling.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
