Job Description
- Receive, handling, resolve calls and provide solutions for complaints from customer
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Create and deliver SOPs training for grooming or how to provide good service and handling to users, as well as how to use all of the MyHero application's features.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer services field,
- Have an experience handling digital banking customers will be a plus
- Have good communication skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Customer and Service oriented
- Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast-paced environment
