Job Description
Role and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound call and Live chat (complaint, inquiry and other request), giving prompt answers to customer questions
- Handle and gather confidential information from customer
- Prepare report activity and report complaint and feedback from customer
- Handling dispute process or help customer to solve the problem they have with our product
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant internal teams
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Call Center
- Education Requirement Diploma Degree from any major
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency working on a computer/basic computer software and administration
- AFPI Customer Service Certification
