Job Description

  1. Menjaga relasi dengan klien
  2. Mampu berinteraksi dan melayani komplain customer dengan baik
  3. Mampu mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan permasalahan client
  4. Sebagai PIC komunikasi tim internal dan klien
  5. Monitoring account klien end-to-end process
  6. Koordinasi dengan internal tim terkait

Requirements

  1. Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Fulfillment / Warehousing, fresh graduate welcome
  2. Minimal S1 /sederajat
  3. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
  4. Memahami sistem WMS/Omnichannel/ERP
  5. Memahami E-Commerce trend
  6. Tech savvy
