Job Description
- Memastikan chat pertanyaan dari customer dapat dijawab sesuai dengan template yang disediakan dan sesuai SLA yang telah ditentukan
- Berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan CX, Seller, Operasional dan divisi terkait setiap ada konfirmasi/abnormal issue
- Memastikan kendala yang dialami oleh Seller dapat diselesaikan dengan baik dan terdokumentasi
- Memastikan report daily activity ketika handle Chat terdokumentasi dengan baik di Gsheet Monitoring
Requirements
- Mahasiswa aktif atau fresh graduate dari jurusan terkait.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik secara tertulis dan verbal.
- Proaktif dalam menangani dan menindaklanjuti isu yang muncul.
- Responsif dan ramah dalam menangani chat customer sesuai template & SLA.
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (CX, Operasional, Seller, dll).
