Job Description
We are seeking an Experienced Customer Experience Manager to lead and enhance the overall customer journey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. You will ensure that all customer touchpoints are aligned with business objectives and provide a seamless experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the end-to-end customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer experience initiatives.
- Track and optimize KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and CES to measure success.
- Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Advocate for customer needs in product, marketing, and sales strategies.
- Design and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
- Drive customer experience innovation through technology and automation to enhance efficiency and engagement.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in customer experience or customer service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer experience tools (CRM, survey platforms, etc.).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer feedback.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with customer loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with digital customer experience tools.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations and behavior.
