Responsible for the overall customer journey, setting strategic direction, and converting data into experience opportunities improvement. This role also Plays as a data analysts by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting customer data. based on that he will work to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience. By identifying pain points, optimizing processes, and driving innovation, hence contribute to the company's success and competitive advantage.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience management or data analysis.

Analytical Skills:

  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
  • Ability to interpret customer data and present actionable insights.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Customer-Centric Mindset:

  • Deep understanding of customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES).
  • Proven ability to identify pain points and implement customer-focused solutions.

Technical & Leadership Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage projects and lead initiatives.
