Job Description

You'll be a natural people person who enjoys delighting customers with amazing service and who understands customer needs and the importance of delivering a correct solution first time, politely and with a smile. You must be able to speak advanced to fluent level of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, email, live chat and social media messages and make outgoing calls or emails as required
  • Respond efficiently, accurately and consistently with solutions to address customer needs, complaints, or other enquiries
  • Actively listen, confirming or clarifying information and diffuse complaints as required
  • Understand and strive to meet targets without compromising service
  • Make sales or recommendations for products that may suit customer needs
  • Attend training and other learning sessions to ensure full understanding of our products
  • Escalate urgent or critical issues to the relevant person or team
  • Stay up to date and adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

This role is on site in Bali.

  • 1-year minimum working experience as Customer Service in the banking industry is preferable 
  • Friendly and polite with always can attitude
  • Previous experience providing customer service by phone and email
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and multitasking skills
  • Advanced to fluent level of English and Bahasa Indonesia languages
  • Able to be proactive and operate with minimal guidance
  • Fast learner and independent to work in the multi-channel (call, email and live chat)
  • Willing to work on shifted schedule as our customer care operate in 24/7 
  • Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 40 words per minutes
