Job Description

Respond to inquiries regarding claims via phone, email, and chat from Provider (RS/Klinik/Lab and etc)
Explain claim processes and policy coverage clearly and concisely.
Gather necessary information and documentation from customers to initiate claims.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim status.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient claim processing.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Requirements

Graduated from faculty of nursing, Pharmaceutical, Medicine
2+ years of experience in claim handling or customer service in TPA/ASO, Health insurance and relevant industry
Paramedic (nurse, Pharmacy, and etc)
Strong understanding of claim processes and policy coverage
Excellent communication and interpersonal
Proficient in using claim management systems and other relevant software
