Job Description
- Respond to inquiries regarding claims via phone, email, and chat from Provider (RS/Klinik/Lab and etc)
- Explain claim processes and policy coverage clearly and concisely.
- Gather necessary information and documentation from customers to initiate claims.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient claim processing.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Graduated from faculty of nursing, Pharmaceutical, Medicine
- 2+ years of experience in claim handling or customer service in TPA/ASO, Health insurance and relevant industry
- Paramedic (nurse, Pharmacy, and etc)
- Strong understanding of claim processes and policy coverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Proficient in using claim management systems and other relevant software
