Job Description

  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Help resolve basic technical issues or escalate more complex ones to the appropriate teams.
  • Provide follow-up to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Create, update, and track customer service tickets using the company’s helpdesk or ticketing system.
  • Ensure tickets are properly categorized and prioritized
  • Collect feedback from customers regarding the quality of services received.
  • Assist in analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer service.

Requirements

  1. Min. Education: Vocational High School with Major (IT or similar)
  2. Willingness to work fully from the office during the internship period. (Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan)
  3. Willing to work based on roster schedule (07.00 WIB - 16.00 WIB), (08.00 WIB - 17.00), (09.00 - 18.00)
  4. Has good communication verbally and written
  5. Familiarity with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and system performance.
  6. Cooperative, dependable, and willing to assist colleagues when needed.
  7. Eagerness to learn new skills and gain knowledge in ICT services and customer care processes.
