Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Curriculum Developer to design and develop effective, high-quality curricula that align with educational standards and enhance student learning. This role involves collaborating with educators, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create engaging learning materials and assessments, integrating technology where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with educational standards.
- Collaborate with educators and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
- Integrate educational technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Review and revise curricula based on feedback and performance data.
- Provide training and support to educators on curriculum implementation.
- Develop strategies to evaluate the success of the curriculum.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and pedagogy.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Certifications: Instructional design certification (e.g., ADDIE) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating technology into curriculum design.
- Knowledge of educational standards (e.g., Common Core).
