As A Culture & Engagement, You Will:
- plays a key role in fostering a positive and engaging work environment that aligns with the company’s values and missions.
- Promote and embed company values through campaigns, storytelling, and internal communications.
- Support leadership in driving cultural transformation and change management initiatives.
- Track and report employee engagement metrics and participation rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or HR-related roles.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative and proactive in planning engagement and culture initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
