Job Description

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk membangun dan menjaga lingkungan kerja yang positif dan menarik bagi karyawan, serta memastikan budaya perusahaan sejalan dengan nilai-nilai dan tujuan strategisnya. penghubung antara karyawan dan manajemen, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan, dan merancang program untuk meningkatkan kepuasan, retensi, komunikasi, dan produktivitas karyawan secara keseluruhan

Requirements

  • Minimal 1 tahun dibidang Public Relation, Broadcasting, Culture & Internal Engagement
  • Mampu berfikir kreatif untuk mengembangkan kegiatan dan program engagement
  • Pengetahuan tentang media social & analitiknya
  • Mahir menggunakan Software Adobe Illustator
