Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Love to implement CRM software features used to support customer retention and sales management efficiency.
- Work closely with related functions to ensure CRM platform campaigns are in line with other functions.
- Interest in developing work plan to create content and implement personalized CRM campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to meet business goals and operational targets.
- Analyze customer data for campaign insights to target the right market.
- Update CRM system data for review and campaign improvement.
- Apply self-leadership and build cooperation between teams and departments.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Has bachelor’s degree in Public Relation, Communication, Marketing Communication, or Business Management
- If you are Fresh Graduates are welcomed
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the field of Customer Relationship Management
- Perfect if you have experience in Design/UX
