Job Description

  • Manage and maintain customer data in our customer database 
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, customer segmentation, profiles, and other insights 
  • Create and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty and retention 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns 
  • Monitor customer feedback and generate reports 
  • Develop processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy 
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are being met 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management 
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies 
  • Excellent knowledge of customer database systems 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
