Job Description
- Manage and maintain customer data in our customer database
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, customer segmentation, profiles, and other insights
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty and retention
- Analyze the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns
- Monitor customer feedback and generate reports
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requirements are being met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management
- Proven experience in developing and implementing customer strategies
- Excellent knowledge of customer database systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
