Job Description
- Manage, develop, report on the progress of the company's CRM programs and E-commerce.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communications with clients.
- Coordinate and support CRM processes across the business.
- Monitor and assist with the planning and implementation of social media campaigns.
- Work closely with CRM team in site project
- Assist the Marcom Manager in researching for new online opportunities for respective department
- Assist the Marcom Manager in making all campaigns success in all sites
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Communication from reputable universities
- At least 5 years of working experience as similar position (have experience in mall and / or hospitality building project is an advantage also)
- Strong online marketing strategy
- Have high sense of initiative ,passion in selling, analitycal, dynamic, good communication, negotiation and presentation skill
- Fluent in English
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
