Job Description
- Monitor and analyze business operations and discover risk characteristics and strategies.
- Responsible to improve the monitoring system and reports, real-time observation changes in indicators, and periodically measure risks.
- Responsible for third-party data evaluation and application plan to solve business problems.
- Responsible for strategy deployment and verification.
- Responsible for user risk profile analysis, customer group change monitoring, and model performance monitoring.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Risk, Risk Strategy, or Risk Engine in Financial Services or Banking industry is a must.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
- Familiar with basic data analysis tools, such as SQL, SAS, R language, Python, etc and able to optimize risk strategies through analysis.
- Preferably has experience in formulating risk strategies for online small and microloan products.
- Strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit, good pressure resistance, and result-oriented.
