Job Description
- Support the execution of initiatives across the creator business ecosystem, including Creator Academy, creator acquisition, creator incubation, and creator monetization programs.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities and project coordination to ensure smooth program execution.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
- Conduct research and gather insights on creator trends, social commerce, and affiliate marketing to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support creator growth, engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to improve program performance and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues, ask the right questions, and propose practical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process data, perform calculations, and generate insights using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with social commerce, creator economy, affiliate marketing, or digital content ecosystems is a plus.
