Job Description

Research and identify relevant content creators/influencers for brand and campaign needs
Conduct initial outreach to creators via DM, email, or WhatsApp
Maintain relationships and manage a creator database (contacts, content category, engagement, etc.)
Assist with creator onboarding, coordination with internal teams, and campaign monitoring
Support reporting and analysis of creator acquisition performance

Requirements

Final-year student or fresh graduate (Marketing/Communication preferred)
Strong interest in beauty industry & active on TikTok/Instagram
Basic understanding of KOL/influencer landscape & content trends
Good communication skills & confident in reaching out to creators
Strong research skills & comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
Able to work independently and in a team

Plus points:

Experience handling KOL/creator (internship/project)
Familiar with basic metrics (engagement, views, etc.)
