We are looking for a Creative Strategist Officer who is passionate about digital culture, content, and commerce. This role will be responsible for turning insights into impactful, full-funnel campaign strategies that blend creativity with data and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative creator-led campaigns across social, influencer, and commerce platforms—driving both brand engagement and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and monitor consumer behavior, cultural movements, digital trends, and commerce insights to identify opportunities for impactful and relevant campaign strategies.
- Develop integrated, full-funnel creator campaign strategies that combine creative storytelling with influencer marketing, affiliate programs, live commerce, and social commerce approaches aligned with audience behavior, platform dynamics, and business objectives.
- Translate insights into strategic briefs, content directions, and campaign frameworks that drive strong performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Craft compelling presentations and confidently present strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account, KOL & Talent, Project Management, and Data teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen Emtek Commerce’s positioning across creative, influencer, and commerce ecosystems.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in strategy, content planning, campaign development, digital marketing, or social commerce within agency, media, or creator-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, content ecosystems, social commerce, and digital consumer behavior.
- Proven ability to develop integrated campaigns across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion.
- Hands-on experience with creator commerce ecosystems (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate platforms, live commerce) is highly preferred.
- Strategic thinker with strong conceptual and storytelling abilities.
- Proficient in developing presentation decks and delivering ideas in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both visual and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about youth culture, digital content, and emerging commerce trends.
