Job Description

  • Develop content, marketing and digital strategies aligned with internal product or external client
  • ⁠Create editorial plan / content planning for any social media under NOU Creative Group
  • Analyze account insights, generate performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations
  • ⁠Develop mood boards and lead projects for photoshoots and video shoots (end to end take to uploading on social media)
  • ⁠Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer sentiments and emerging social media trends.
  • ⁠Collaborate with content creator team to ensure adherence guidelines and achieve high-quality output.
  • Curate consumer’s feedback and align the result with internal marketing & product development team.

Requirements

  • Domicilie Bandung
  • Possess minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in content planning, social media specialist, content strategy/creator, or other related positions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiar basic with design software and technologies
  • Familiar with agency work culture
  • ⁠A keen eye for aesthetics and good communication skills
