- Lead, mentor, inspire, and coach the creative team, ensuring innovative and high-quality output
- Develop and execute the creative vision for integrated 360 marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and KOL teams to align creative concepts with overall business objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively overseeing timelines, budgets, and optimal resource allocation
- Serve as the primary client contact, effectively translating their objectives into clear and actionable creative briefs, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Actively identify and swiftly address any creative execution issues, ensuring prompt solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends, proactively incorporating emerging tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Ensure all creative output strictly adheres to brand guidelines and consistently meets the highest standards
- Proactively communicate and escalate challenges clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in a creative leadership role within advertising or digital marketing
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated 360 marketing campaigns
- Strong and demonstrable leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and coaching experience
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) and related software
- Solid understanding of digital marketing landscapes, social media platforms, influencer dynamics, and overall integrated marketing strategies
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and a high degree of creativity with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven capability in managing workflows, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
