Job Description

  • Lead and oversee our brand's creative direction and strategies for planning and executing.
  • Develop innovative and compelling concepts that align with our brand identity and engage our target audience.
  • Shape our brand's creative direction, including visual aesthetics, graphic design, and overall brand experience.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
  • Use market trends, consumer behavior, and industry insights to effectively position our brand.
  • Deliver unique and impactful ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and visual merchandising strategies to our customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, brand, creative teams, and retail operations, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to creative initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all creative deliverables, ensuring they align with our brand guidelines and meet high design excellence standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Creative/ Design, Communication or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the retail industry min. 3 years.
  • Experience in developing creative campaigns for brands.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, brand development, and creative strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in design software and digital tools relevant to the role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
