- Develop content strategy for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Translate program value into high-converting storytelling
- Create content pillars (scholarship, leadership, international exposure)
- Work with designers & video editors
- Optimize content performance (engagement & conversion)
- Align content with paid ads strategy
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in social media/content strategy
- Strong storytelling & copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of Gen Z audience
- Experience in education / scholarship niche preferred
- Able to analyze performance metrics
