Job Description
What will you do?
- Lead, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage the development and creation of engaging marketing material (social media content, advertisements, promotional material, etc) including visuals and copywriting
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email marketing, website, and other online platforms.
- Manage website content updates and support SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Oversee graphic design, photography, videography, and content production activities.
- Monitor marketing & campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and key digital metrics.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, visual communication design, multimedia, marketing communication, advertising, or related major
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably have experience handling performance marketing, design & creative process)
- Must have a good understanding of digital marketing trend (knowledge in medical & scientific devices products will be an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage in effective negotiations
- Confident and proactive, with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
