Job Description
- Schedule and publish content across relevant platforms in accordance with the established content plan.
- Update and monitor the content tracker to ensure all production and publishing processes are completed according to the timeline.
- Add and verify product carts, product tags, and affiliate links on content and live sessions to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
- Collect, consolidate, and manage performance data, including engagement and GMV, for evaluation and reporting purposes.
- Manage the Creative team’s administrative documentation, ensure data completeness, and coordinate with the Creative, MCN, and Operations teams regarding publishing and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Previous experience in administration or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or other social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively within established deadlines.
