Job Description
We are looking for experienced CPNS educators to join our Research & Development team. This role focuses on building high-quality learning content, question banks, and assessment systems for CPNS preparation programs. Depending on your expertise, you will join either the SKD Track or SKB Track and play a key role in developing scalable content systems that support thousands of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Track 1: SKD Research & Development
- Build and maintain comprehensive question banks for SKD subjects.
- Develop knowledge structures, learning roadmaps, and content frameworks.
- Label questions based on knowledge points, difficulty levels, question types, and exam frequency.
- Continuously update question banks based on syllabus changes and exam trends.
- Create original questions and improve existing content quality.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate content into the learning platform.
Track 2: SKB Research & Development
- Build and manage department-specific SKB content systems.
- Develop and maintain CAT question banks and learning materials.
- Design interview preparation frameworks and simulation exercises.
- Develop guidance materials for psychological tests, health tests, and related assessments.
- Track exam trends, candidate feedback, and department-specific developments.
- Support future expansion of subject matter experts across ministries and agencies.
Requirements
Track 1: SKD Research & Development
- Minimum 3 years of full-time CPNS teaching experience.
- Experience teaching at a major CPNS preparation institution is strongly preferred.
- Must possess existing teaching materials and question banks relevant to the subject area.
- Strong content structuring and curriculum development capabilities.
- Experience developing and maintaining large-scale question banks.
- Able to independently break down topics into detailed knowledge points.
- Preferred expertise in one of the following areas: TIU, TWK, TKP
- Willing to undergo a 1-month consultant/trial period before full-time conversion.
Track 2: SKB Research & Development
- Minimum 3 years of SKB teaching experience.
- Must have taught SKB preparation for one or more major ministries/agencies.
- Must possess existing SKB teaching materials and question banks.
- Strong understanding of CAT-based assessments and department-specific competencies.
- Familiarity with interview, psychological test, and health test preparation.
- Able to develop comprehensive preparation systems beyond classroom teaching.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Kemenkumham, Kemenag, Kemenkes, Kemendikbud
- Willing to undergo a 1-month consultant/trial period before full-time conversion.
