Job Description
As a Courier Operation Field Coordinator, you will oversee the operation of Last Mile Hubs of Sayurbox. Manage the lifecycle of the courier from attracting talents, onboarding, and evaluation, until offboarding of the courier. Manage day-to-day operations of the courier delivery process and ensure the implementation of SOP.
The scope of works are, but not limited to:
- Ensure the daily to weekly capacity of a hub
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly evaluation of hub(s). You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing hubs performance and making quick recoveries to ensure the performance is maintained
- Build relationships with couriers to ensure good collaboration between Sayurbox and mitras
- Ensure the implementation of SOP in the hub and last mile operations processes
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Logistic Management
- Strong leadership
- Have a good networking with the courier community
- Strong operations management skills (discipline, making sure operations run smoothly)
