Job Description
- Check and validate expenses in detail before approval (vendor invoices, employee claims, procurement requests)
- Track actual expenses in detail against the budget for each department or project
- Ensure supporting documents are complete, correctly coded, and in line with internal policies
- Flag overspending, duplicates, or expenses not aligned with company policies
- Help implement and enforce approval workflows and spending controls
- Keep organized expense documentation for audit and reporting
- Liaise with procurement, GA, and ops teams to ensure accuracy of cost inputs
- Assist in preparing monthly cost control reports with a focus on detailed tracking
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or audit
- Extremely detail-oriented and disciplined in checking documentation
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong sense of integrity, able to push back on non-compliant expenses
- Able to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working knowledge of English is sufficient
