Job Description
- Recon and book Sales & COGS from our own inventory
- Perform Inventory reconciliation and report, biweekly & monthly
- Check and approve Purchase Requisition (Trade)
- Recon Advance Trade related to Inventory
- Recon and Approve Inventory shrinkage & obsolescence
- Ad-hoc (project participation from superior)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance. Having prior experience in a startup or e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Oracle Netsuite would be advantageous) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail industry practices and standards (preferred).
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Preferable if you can join asap.
