Job Description
- Involved in product development projects, from brainstorming ideas, sampling, creating design briefs, monitoring mass production, overseeing shipping, and managing product launches.
- Innovate new ideas for products related to formula, packaging, and other aspects of the product.
- Generate, distribute, and present product knowledge and insights to other divisions and offline sales teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- Minimum 1 year experience as Cosmetic Product Development.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt easily, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong proficiency in numerical analysis and PC software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ready to join immediately is a strong plus.
