Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in corporate training, instructional design, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and adult learning principles.
- Strong skills in needs assessment and training evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation techniques.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Experience with Performance Management concepts is preferred.
