Job Description
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis on current company business and financials performance.
- Develop financial plans and strategies that are aligned with company's long-term goals, including analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and conducting risk assessments.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting process, providing analysis on scenario modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations to assess priorities within the organization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly business reports for Board of Directors
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments
- Conduct in-depth industry research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Evaluate potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions, analyzing their strategic fit and financial viability.
- Stay informed with emerging technologies and trends within the e-grocery space, providing benchmarks and market analysis in relation to other similar industries.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Workspace, with strong analytical tools skills (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Passionate about the e-grocery space and enthusiastic about contributing to a fast-paced, growing startup.
- A collaborative team player with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
