Job Description
Are you passionate to learn about strategic management, business performance, and continuous improvement?
We are looking for a Corporate Strategy, Planning & Improvement Intern to support key initiatives that drive organizational excellence and impact!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Assist in strategic review and business performance management processes
✅ Support the documentation and monitoring of KPIs across divisions and departments, including performance tracking
✅ Contribute to internal campaign executions, submission coordination, and documentation of employee-driven improvements
Requirements
🔹 Final year student (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
🔹 Detail-oriented, compliant, and meticulous in execution
🔹 Passionate about strategic management and eager to gain experience in the field
🔹 Highly curious and willing to learn about business processes and the energy industry
🔹 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a plus
🔹 Able to design visuals using Canva (required)
